This 12/8 Afro-Cuban tune is always a crowd favorite. With woodwinds and options for percussion and wordless vocal, it’s the perfect vehicle for adding colors to your big band and to include folks that are sometimes left out. Solos are for piano, alto sax, and drums. Your ambitious trombone section will salivate at the chance to work up the rhythmic bone soli. We think this is some of Ben’s finest compositional work.
